If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship out within the next 1 business day from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information within 12 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided while making your purchase. If you do not receive any tracking information from us within 72 hours of your completed purchase, feel free to follow up with us at support@chrome-bones.com
Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and if you notice any damages, please be sure to send us photos to support@chrome-bones.com and we will send you a same day replacement.
Cancellation & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an Administrative Fee of $25 whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placed the order.

If the product you receive is not as described or is of poor quality, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving the item and receive a full refund. No questions asked. If 30 days have gone past since receiving your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

		You get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If it doesn’t fit, it breaks, you’ve changed your mind or for no reason whatsoever simply send it back to us and we’ll cheerfully refund you every cent.
