When placing an order with Chrome Bones please take the time to make sure that all personal, shipping and billing information is current and correct. All orders placed by credit card are subject to verification by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel an order. This may delay the processing of your order. Subsequently, we may notify you that we are unable to ship to your P.O. Box and/or must ship to your credit card billing address. This is all done to protect you as a customer and us as merchants.

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
