At Chromebones, we stand by our product and want you to be 100% SATISFIED with your purchase. We always want to do our best to take care of our customers and if you’re not completely satisfied, please follow our return/exchange process. Within 30 days of order placement, items must be unworn, undamaged and sent back in their original packaging with all original contents. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card on file.
Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I exchange my order?
Love your purchase, but need it in a different size, color or style? We’ll be happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of your order placement. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
Items that cannot be returned or refunded include:
- Items in damaged or worn condition (excluding manufacturing or material defects).
- Any item(s) marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Items not within the 30 day return policy
- No refunds on shipping cost
Can I return a gift?
We offer store credit for gift returns.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to process and be reflected on your statement. We will send an email notification once your item(s) have been received and refund has been processed.
When requesting a refund please note the following:
- Chromebones assumes no liability or responsibility for actions related to the carrier the customer selects to return items. This includes but is not limited to damages to packaging or items during transit and lost, stolen or undeliverable packages.
- Once items are received back they shall be inspected. If items are deemed to be in good condition (lack of non-manufacturing defects) and unused we will issue a refund for the amount that was paid for the items being returned (coupon codes will receive applicable pro-rated refunds). If an item is deemed to have been worn, used or damaged by the customer no refund will be issued and the item shall be returned to customer.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
It is a flat $19.95 for all orders.
WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S) AFTER I ORDER?
All orders received by 10:00 a.m. EST will ship same day. Orders received after 10:00 a.m. EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 a.m. through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES CHROMEBONES USE?
Chromebones ground ships no matter how many items you order or where you ship to. We also offer expedited shipping options to help meet your needs.
DOES CHROMEBONES SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR MY PACKAGE?
No. Your package will not require a signature.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
- Once your order has been placed, your initial confirmation will be sent to your email.
- You will then receive a separate shipping confirmation email that will include tracking information.
- If you have created an account on our website, you can also LOGIN and check your order status under the “My Orders” section.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No worries! You may cancel or change any order that has not been processed to be shipped. However, if you’ve already received a shipping confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled or changed. I ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NOW I HAVE A PROMO CODE! CAN I STILL APPLY IT?
Unfortunately, no, we’re not able to apply a promo code to an already purchased order. However, you may save the code for your next purchase.
